About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Keyvra website and what happens when you join the waitlist or request access. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site
This site describes Keyvra, a product for running shared space. Keyvra is in early access, and the content here is informational and may change as the product develops. Nothing on the site is a commitment to specific features, dates, or pricing.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist tells us you are interested, and nothing more. It creates no obligation on either side: we are not required to offer access, and you are not required to become a customer. Early access participation is arranged individually and may be covered by its own agreement. Where a separate agreement exists, it governs the early access relationship.
Acceptable use
Use the site as intended. Do not scrape it, probe it for weaknesses, or attempt to disrupt how it runs. Do not misuse the forms or submit details that are not yours to share.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including the text, graphics, and design, belongs to Keyvra. The Keyvra name and mark belong to Keyvra too. Please do not reuse them without written permission, except where the law allows it.
No warranties and liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for your use of the site is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are posted here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
